HM Hulking Stone Elementals (Sardelac Sanitarium) – Ele/Mo
I know there have been a few threads on this subject but after posting on another thread I received requests to post the build I use.
Meteor Shower
Savannnah Heat
Bed of Coals
Flame Djinn’s Haste
Inferno
Stoneflesh Aura
Armor Of Earth
Balthazar’s Spirit
Code: OgNDksy8MADyaOrseL+qlC5B
Full Radiant Armour
Fire: Superior
Earth: Superior
Energy Storage: Major
Fire: 16
Earth: 15
Energy Storage: 5
20/20 fire staff with 20% Enchantments
Shot at 2007-08-10
Bosses can spawn at points 1 & 3
Cast Balthazar’s Spirit and head to point 1. Just prior to aggro cast Armor Of Earth, Flame Djinn’s Haste and Stoneflesh Aura. Gather up Boss, (if spawned), and the 3 groups of 2. Keep Stoneflesh Aura up at all times during aggro. Re-cast Stoneflesh Aura and then Meteor Shower, Savannnah Heat, Bed of Coals, Flame Djinn’s Haste and Inferno, (important, cast in quick succession).
If when you exit Sardelac Sanitarium there are Grawl at point 1 just re-zone.
Points 1, 2, 3 and 4 are where I round them up.
If any break aggro just re-cast Stoneflesh Aura, wait for Savannnah Heat to finish then recast Djinn’s Haste and Inferno as required.
I would recommend that you do not open the chests. I started to but had 10 purples in a row so now I’m just keeping the lockpicks for later.
Avoid Grawl and Gargoyles, this build is just for Hulking Stone Elementals.
The good thing this is that each run only takes a few minutes,
Drops, (over approximately the last 4 weeks, 2 hours per day):
Approximately 70-80 gold items, (mostly rubbish but about 10 nice ones).
1 Elite Ele Tome
8 Elite Warrior Tomes, (all sold)
70+ warrior Tomes, (sold in batches of 20)
400 lumps of Charcoal
50 lockpicks
4 Rubies, 2 Sapphires
4 Black, 3 white Dyes (+ lots of other colours)
ID all white drops and sell
After selling the Elite/non-elite Tomes, and all non-wanted drops I have made +300k, (excluding good gold drops, Rubies, Sapphires, black/white dyes, so probably nearer 400k).
It’s tedious, repetitive but I need the gold for GW:EN

Only negative.
Since you have a tendacy to nuke 5-10 guys at any given time, the drops are junk.
1st run had about 7 things (1 sapphire), next 2 runs had 1-2 drops per group. around 4 drops only

That's the way the new farming system works, you'll get good drops at first and then over time you will get good drops every so aften. Not really random, but farm enough and it's worth your time.

Im curious to see these as well
Nice build btw, Ive tested and found out that you can use sandstorm instead of savannahs heat, probably common sense, but i didnt have SH and Sandstorm is working quite well as an alternative =D

If you have gotten far enough in nightfall, SH is dead easy to get. Just hench up and leave the nearest outpost and 'wurm' over to the boss. Let the henchies do all the work and cap when cleared. Took me all of 2 minutes.

lol, yeah. I posted that, then went to farm there again, and on the very first group of my very first run I got a sword that looked almost exactly like that.

I use a 55/SV build that, while slower, gives better drops and can clear all of the following:
-elementals
-devourers
-flash gargoyles
-pairs of shatter gargoyles
-grawl without healers
